Calls and messages can be directed to specific devices in priority order, based on time of day, day of the week, the identity of the caller, or other parameters. Combined with special ring tones and other service options, it provides an almost unlimited degree of customization, and selections can be easily updated as customer preferences change. The new Web interface has dramatically streamlined customer service operations - and given subscribers the ability to be in two places at one time.
